AyalmaFuture World ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (DPA) 2019.

**Contact Form:** When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message content.

**Page Analytics:** We collect anonymous page view data including IP address (hashed), browser type, screen dimensions, and pages visited. No cookies are used.

**Client Portal:** When you use our services, we collect business information you provide including name, email, phone, and business details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

• To improve our services and user experience

• To analyze site traffic and usage patterns (anonymous, aggregated)

• To provide our ERP services to your business

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement bank-grade security measures including zero-trust access controls and row-level security.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may process data through trusted service providers (AI processing, cloud hosting) under strict data processing agreements. Cross-border data transfers are conducted with appropriate safeguards as required by Kenya DPA Section 33.

6. Your Rights (Kenya DPA 2019)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data (Section 26(a))

• Correct inaccurate data (Section 26(c))

• Delete your data — "right to be forgotten" (Section 26(d))

• Restrict or object to processing (Section 26(e))

• Data portability (Section 26(g))

• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated. Contact form submissions: 90 days. Page analytics: 30 days (anonymized). Client data: duration of service relationship plus 12 months.
