By accessing or using AyalmaFuture World services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AyalmaFuture World provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and related services including CRM, invoicing, AI-powered analytics, and business management tools.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws

• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the services without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content are the property of AyalmaFuture World. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for your business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

AyalmaFuture World provides services "as is" without warranty. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

6. Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019. By using our services, you consent to our data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
